LEARN THE RULES
- All Competitors must agree to abide by the rules. BD and BSJA rules apply.
- Neither the organizers nor any agent employee or representative accept any liability for accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horse, owners, riders, grooms, spectators or any person whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way and each entrant shall indemnify the promoter against any legal action.
- Entries accepted at riders own risk. All persons attend at their own risk.
- Show organizers reserve the right to cancel any event, amend or amalgamate any class and refuse any entry.
- Any objections must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes of the event with a £20.00 deposit which will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
- Dogs on leads and not in arenas.
- Judges decision is final.
- BD/BSJA rules for all saddlery and dress. Hats must be of current standard and fastened correctly when mounted.
- Horses only allowed in arenas if they are pre-entered and are competing in the class in progress.
- Only use the designated warm up area. NO Lunging.
- No cantering outside the arenas.
- No person will be allowed in the main arena except judges and officials. 1 groom per competitor in the warm up area.
- No unsupervised children are allowed on the premises.
- Juniors not to have attained their 16th birthday by 1st January of the current year.
- Horses only to be left unattended if in a secure horse box.
- Please put horse muck in skips and litter in the bins provided.
- The organizers of this event have taken all responsible precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organizer and all officials.
